These commissions have all been completed in 2018 and are part of a series of projects photographed for Jubb Consulting’s New Website and a range of other marketing and promotional materials

The brief required:

A wide range of images that would showcase the range and diversity of Jubb’s work to existing and potential clients
A series of Case Studies across the range of Jubb’s Portfolio of Infrastructure, Architecture and Engineering Projects
To capture projects but in detail and wider view
To capture the ‘essence’ of the design ethos through striking imagery.

My response to the brief:

I used a wide range of composition techniques to illustrate the diversity of Jubb’s work (for example strong perspective lines to reflect the dynamic nature of the design).
I also used a long exposure technique on a number of the external shots. This is effective in picking out the building lines from potentially complex sky detail.
There was also a strong focus on design detailing and the structures of the buildings when viewed from inside.
Panoramic shots were used on a number of the exterior profiles to emphasise the scale and context of the buildings (particularly appropriate for example at Vauxhall Tower on the Thames.
